3. User Responsibilities & Platform Usage Rules
Babyshark22 platform users agree not to engage in any activity that violates laws or regulations in force in Malaysia. This includes, but is not limited to, fraud, money laundering, attempting to hack the system, or any action that harms the platform or other users.
You agree not to use automated software, bots, scripts, or any other unauthorised methods to access or interact with the platform. Using a VPN or proxy to conceal your actual location in order to bypass regional restrictions may also result in action being taken against your account.
- Sharing your account credentials or allowing others to access your account is strictly prohibited.
- Attempting to exploit technical vulnerabilities or errors in the payment system or games is strictly prohibited.
- Using offensive language or behaviour in any platform communication channel is strictly prohibited.
- Users must comply with all specific rules applicable to each game or betting type available on the platform.
Babyshark22 reserves the right to investigate any suspected suspicious activity and take appropriate action without being obligated to provide detailed explanations to the users involved.
4. Payment & Transaction Information
All financial transactions on the babyshark22 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Accepted deposit methods include TNG eWallet, FPX online banking, and local bank transfers via approved financial institutions such as Maybank and CIMB.
You are responsible for ensuring that all funds deposited into your babyshark22 account are your own and obtained through legitimate means. Deposits using third-party accounts or financial cards are not permitted.
- Deposit processing times vary depending on the payment method selected — from a few minutes up to 30 minutes.
- Withdrawals will be processed to the bank account registered under the same name as the babyshark22 account holder.

Account Suspension & Closure Policy
Babyshark22 reserves the right to suspend or close a user account in the following circumstances: breach of terms of use, suspected fraud or money laundering, a user's own request, or an operational decision by management. Upon account closure, any eligible balance will be returned to the user after investigation, subject to applicable conditions.
Intellectual Property
All content on the babyshark22 platform — including logos, designs, text, software, and graphic elements — is the exclusive property of babyshark22 or our licensors. You may not copy, distribute, modify, or use any platform content for commercial purposes without prior written consent.
Third-Party Links & Changes to Terms
